Miriam Diddy, AICAE
Senior Planner
When it comes down to it, Miriam has always had an interest in planning. A true Burqueño through and through, Miriam has loved exploring the magnanimous grid of our City, traveling by bus, bike, roller blades, and her very own two feet. In these places, she has fallen in love with the streets, the alleys, and every space in between. And as a professional planner, Miriam has taken on some significant projects. Most notably, she worked on building and coding a mobile app that collects housing and demographics data on nearly 2,000 homes at Zuni Pueblo. In this process, she trained tribal staff to maintain use of the app as a living database, reinforcing the power of data sovereignty in Indian country. This incredible work was completed during her employment at AOS Architects in Santa Fe. An undeniably talented planner, we love that Miriam’s work builds upon the beauty of both the tangible and intangible elements of planning.
