Pecos River Ranch is a private ranch located along the Pecos River in the ponderosa and pinon-juniper forests of northern New Mexico. The property features a residential complex on more than 15 acres, comprised of a newly constructed home and two renovated guest houses, all overlooking the river.

The property Owners developed the property as a vacation retreat for their children and grandchildren, and hope to someday retire there. Narrow vehicular lanes connect the structures and pedestrian paths wind through the landscape providing connections throughout the property.

The landscape design includes native revegetation of disturbed areas, themed gardens surrounding the homes, orchards, pollinator meadows, trails, fountains, an expansive terrace, and a formal courtyard.
