Located in a beautiful natural setting near 98th St. and Interstate 40, this multi-use facility hosts high school football, track and field, and a variety of community events for Albuquerque Public Schools. The 7,000-seat football stadium sits below grade and provides up-close views of the action on the field, while maintaining impressive views of the Sandia Mountains beyond. Pland Collaborative worked with SMPC Architects on the site design and conceptual grading, and was responsible for planting, irrigation, site amenities, fencing, artificial turf, and track and field events. The award-winning project achieved LEED Gold.
