Katrina Arndt, AICP
Principal Planner
Katrina is a woman of many talents, but ultimately she is a die-hard Planner. How do we know this? It might be the t-shirt she proudly wears that says, "Zoner for Life". Or maybe because this World Traveler has done it all. Katrina grew up in Germany; moved to China (where she worked as an Art Director for a Chinese Fashion magazine); and finally settled in New Mexico to study environmental planning and design. Because of her extensive travels, Katrina has realized how much she loves how planning unifies both the creative and social aspects of the built environment. She enjoys working in close collaboration with stakeholders to help identify a path forward, whether it be for a trail plan, a downtown master plan, new technical standards, or updates to zoning codes. The Land of Enchantment is where she started her official career as a planner, but this won’t be the last place influenced by Katrina’s vision for a better community.
