Greg Miller, PLA, FASLA

Thirteen generations ago, Greg Miller's ancestors were pilgrims on the Mayflower, assisting with the settlement of a community called Plymouth. Fast forward almost four hundred years and Greg is helping to define his own community through the thoughtful design of public places including parks, streetscapes, university campuses, and healing gardens. He has developed a design philosophy that integrates sustainable development trends with site specific ecological and human needs. This results in projects that are innovative, functional, safe, accessible, beautiful and environmentally responsible.

As Past President of the American Society of Landscape Architects, Greg can be found leading at almost every level, from coaching Little League baseball, to contributing to Pland Collaborative's reputation for high quality, enduring landscapes as president of our firm, to leading his profession at a national level in the redefinition, reconstruction, and reshaping of our communities.

Committed to the profession of landscape architecture in every way, Greg serves as an adjunct professor in The University of New Mexico's landscape architecture program, teaching up-and-coming landscape architecture students, and serving as a mentor, thesis adviser, and liaison to the student chapter of ASLA.

If he wasn't mixing art and science as a landscape architect, he'd be mixing ingredients as a chef.
