Dan Majewski
Senior Planner
Senior Planner Dan Majewski strives for a legacy of leaving places and organizations better than he found them. In his previous role as Executive Director for the Urban Land Institute, he doubled the revenue and membership of the nonprofit. As a WWOOFer (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) he developed an irrigation plan for a vegetable farm in rural Pennsylvania, all while living in a barn. A gardener since childhood, he’s turned his yard into an oasis of giant sunflowers. Wherever he goes, he nurtures the soil, literally and figuratively. His most recent extra-curricular activity is serving on a regional commission focused on consolidating County and City efforts to build affordable housing. A systems thinker, map lover, and transportation advocate, it follows suit that Dan loves to travel and ride bikes! In recent years he toured Mexico, Peru, Colombia, and Spain. On two wheels, his greatest accomplishment is completing the 100-mile Enchanted Circle Bicycle Tour.
