2026 Promotions Announcement

We're pleased to recognize four Pland staff for their recent promotions. Kevin Amagai, Tess Houle and Maria Voris have been promoted to Senior Landscape Architect. Miriam Diddy has been promoted to Planning Studio Lead.
Kevin Amagai joined Pland Collaborative in 2014, where he has led projects ranging from local main streets to national cemeteries. He plays an instrumental role in coordinating and mentoring a team of landscape designers. His expertise centers on irrigation design, construction detailing, and park designs, with recent projects including the Farmington Main Street, Los Altos Park, and Shiwi Ts’ana Park in Zuni, NM.
Tess Houle joined Pland Collaborative in 2018 as an energetic, enthusiastic, freshly graduated landscape designer and advocate for green stormwater infrastructure. She is grateful to have grown with the Pland team over the last eight years and is looking forward to more rewarding projects and collaborations in her new role.
Miriam Diddy joined Pland in 2022 bringing over a decade of experience working on planning, architecture, landscape architecture, historic preservation, and community engagement efforts. Her focus is rooted in bridging contemporary built environments with cultural narratives, while utilizing data to empower stakeholders and reinforce data sovereignty. Her work includes outdoor recreation, Indigenous design, campuses, mobility, placemaking, and design guidelines.
Maria Voris joined Pland Collaborative as an award-winning landscape architect in 2024. She has nearly 15 years working experience in outdoor environments combining her love of plants and placemaking to create vibrant spaces for people and nature to thrive. Her work includes designing and creating construction documents for parks, campuses, and other public spaces.
